The 27-year-old uses his Filipino background to create a new range of menus never seen before. He now works at Fifth Floor specialising in desserts and is no doubt destined for big things.

At 26 he’s already the executive chef at Chez TJ taking over from well-established names such as  BrunoCheme and  Christopher Kostow. He started as a sous-chef at Chez TJ and has worked his way up to his current position. Expect to go on to bigger and better things in the near future.

If you like cocktails then this is your man. He’s already worked at the Beverly Hills Hotel and helped open the London West Hollywood Hotel with Gordon Ramsay. He plans drinks parties, creates new drinks and spends a considerable amount of time raising money for charity. He has his first book coming out soon and is expected to be involved in a whole host of events.

She’s only 26 but is already the R&D Chef of the Thomas Keller Restaurant Group after graduating from Johnson & Wales. She’s a former private chef but now focuses on creating a range of food that’s allergy friendly.

Leyba, general manager at Commonwealth, is responsible for creating a casual approach to fine dining. $10 from every $60 tasting menu is donated to a different local nonprofit every mont, which has helped the restaurant be nominated for the James Beard for Best New Restaurant award.

A Former Executive Chef at Ubuntu Aaron Londonis destined for big things.  He’s a CIA graduate and has been working the bar so he familiarize himself with that side of the business before opening his own spot in SF.

If you want agreat time then head over to the Wild Kitchen where Thomas Martinez is the co-chef. Not only is the food excellent but Martinez is one of the best up and coming chefs. Not to mention he’s working on opening an education-based commissary that will offer cooking classes, pop-up dinners, and a rental kitchen and retail space for local food vendors.

He was the youngest NASDAQ CEO after pioneering digital music and driving adoption of the digital economy. He now works for Vindicia which makes billing and marketing software based in Belmont.

Californian wine has become big business and Dan Costa is cashing in. The 39-year-old is the founder of Kosta Browne Winery and has overseen a new winery home for Kosta Browne in the Barlow development of downtown Sebastopol. His wine has been received with critical acclaim.
