Yağmur Sarıgül

Yağmur Sarıgül is the heart and soul of maNga. Born in Antalya, Sarıgül moved to Ankara when he was about three years old and that was where his journey into the world of music began. Music was something which was part of his family, and by the age of 10, the now 33 year old multi talented musician was accepted in “Hacettepe University State Conservatory”, where he chose traditional music as his stream.

That was the start of a career, which has seen him win multiple international accolades, including “Europe’s Favourite Act” at the MTV EMA’s 2009 in Berlin. An expert at using the seven string guitars and keyboards, Yağmur is solely producing maNga’s third album.

Sami Berik

One of the greatest fighters to emerge from his country, Sami Berik is a Cage Rage veteran, who specializes in Wing Chun Kung Fu and has competed with a range of stars from Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). The 5 ft 10 in fighter, known as ‘The Hun’ started training at the age of 14 and by 16, he was taking classes for Wing Chun. During the course of his career, Berik has been part of 48 duel, winning 14 of them.

Rüştü Reçber

Hailed by many as the best goal keeper Turkey ever produced, Rüştü started his professional career in 1991, starting a journey which saw him win 120 national caps, and represent some of the top Turkish clubs besides a one year stint with Barcelona. Rüştü was the member of the famous Turkish team which finished third in the 2002 World Cup and was selected for the 2002 ‘UEFA Team Of The Year’. He played his farewell international game against Finland in May 2012.

Burak Yilmaz

Only the second person to have played for the four biggest football clubs in Turkey, brilliant striker Yilmaz has been a part of the Turkish national team since 2006, and has won a total of 21 caps.

Özgürcan Özcan

Hailed by Turkish legendary striker Hakan Şükür as his crown prince, Özcan is a 24 year old forward, who currently plays for the Turkish football club Karşıyaka. Özcan has been a part of Turkish nation U-15 to U-21 setups, but so far hasn’t made a cut in the senior team.
